These education initiatives, especially the MCEF and MKTF,  resulted from God steering brethren (separately, independently and in parallel at different locations)
to respond to the challenge of Education for Missionary children, in addition to existing CAPRO managed education schemes. Brethren worked on these new
initiatives for months and years, unaware that God was also raising others to meet different dimensions of the education needs only until September 2007.
